2025-2026 AI Parent Workshop: Parents Are the Best “Prompt” for Your child”

PTA organised a workshop on “Application and Practice of AI Tools in Parent-Child Learning”. We are grateful for the active participation of parents who joined us in exploring how artificial intelligence can become a helpful companion in family learning.
We were honoured to have Mr Jacky Yau as our guest, he used vivid examples to guide parents in reflecting on this question: “When your child asks curious questions about AI, how can you become the best ‘prompt’?”

“Answering a child’s questions is not about giving direct answers, but about asking better questions together with them.” This echoes the core spirit of the workshop — AI is not here to replace parents, but to expand the possibilities of parenting.

We believe that education in the AI era is not about whose child learns to use tools earlier, but whose parents are better at accompanying and questioning. We thank the Parent-Teacher Association for organising this event, and every parent who is willing to learn together with their child.

Let us continue to walk hand in hand, becoming the warmest and wisest “prompt” on our children’s journey of growth.
